I love photography and I love to take pictures.
In my main job I am a vocational education researcher. But photography is more than a hobby, it is my passion!
My interest in photography has existed since my youth, but for a long time was limited to capturing private memories of friends, vacations and family.
The desire to leave good photos less to chance has been driving me since about mid-2019 to professionalise my passion for photography step by step and learn to see.

I live and work in Vienna and Vienna is also the main subject in my photography.
Growing up in the Austrian mountains still shapes my enjoyment of landscapes and natural spaces. More than 30 years in Vienna formed the desire to depict this city in its various facets between cultural space, living space and nature. Since then I try to find and share my own view of this city; mostly in black and white, sometimes in colour, always looking for new perspectives.
The classification in or demarcation to certain styles seems to me secondary. It is about the joy of the moment.
As I said, I love photography and I love taking pictures.
